Our client was challenged with finding diverse workers to fill key roles across their facilities in the U.S. One of the client facilities located in Millersburg, PA was especially challenged to find qualified workers to fill open positions and was lacking diversity in the existing workforce.
Millersburg, PA has a population of less than 2600 people and its main demographic is Caucasian (98%). Harrisburg, PA is the largest nearby metro which is located 25 miles South of Millersburg. Finding enough talent from the local market presents many challenges for the client, but they had been unable to find workers from non-white backgrounds and needed help solving the issue.
TekWissen Group was onboarded as a supplier to the Medical Device client program in March 2019.
