Mike has over 11 years of experience working in the Staffing and Recruiting Industry. This experience includes Recruiting, Managed Service Provider (MSP) Delivery and Operations, Vendor Management/Relationships, and Director of Accounts, which provides a diverse range of professional experience.
Starting out early in his career, Mike began as a recruiter supporting one of the most challenging Light Industrial markets. It is here where he began to build his relationships and continue to grow in the staffing community.
Mike, transitioned over to Managed Service Provider (MSP) Allegis Global Solutions, one of the larger MSP companies, globally. In his role, Mike, was responsible for working with/supporting his team to manage the day to day of one of the more prominent programs within the Automotive vertical. In this role, he identified his true niche in building relationships and forging supplier/client partnerships. He worked directly with his leadership and client to grow an establish hiring initiatives that focused on and supported diversity, including immigration.
Mike, then moved into Shared Services and became a Supplier Relationship Manager, for Geometric Results, Inc. His primary responsibility was to evaluate, grow, and manage supplier partnerships within a large portfolio of the MSP. In his time as a Supplier Manager, he began to strengthen relationships with suppliers including his currently company TekWissen.
Following Geometric Results, Inc, Mike went to work with TekWissen out of their new location in Ann Arbor, MI where he started as an Account manager and has now moved into an Account Director role. His goals and mission within this organization is to build and manage a current portfolio of clients and ensure we deliver on our capabilities.
