Project RPO - Medical Device Client

A global medical devices organization that continued to expand during and post Covid realized it could not keep up with hiring demand for niche IT and software engineering positions. Although the client had a mature and robust internal TA team, they decided to turn to an external partner that could fulfil the hiring demand over a finite period and ensure the candidate and hiring manager experience was unaffected.

BUSINESS CHALLENGE

Our client was challenged with finding highly skilled and scarce IT and software engineering workers to fill key roles across it’s main R&D facility in North India.

The existing internal TA team was also overloaded with roles from other parts of the business.

TekWissen were asked to build a team capable of filling over 70 specialist technical FTE roles across an initial 12- month period.

SOLUTION

TekWissen Group was onboarded as a RPO partner to the Medical Device client program in April 2021.

TekWissen assembled a client branded team of senior recruiters and sourcers expert at niche IT and software engineering skill sets. Pulling from our multiple sourcing channels, experience with similar industries and having access to talent from our offices and teams located across India, we set about fulfilling the roles.
