On the Paycom website:

Once your payroll data has been entered by the HR Department , you would be receiving a link to your registered Email-ID which has been provided to the HR Department. Once you click on the link , you can create your desired log in credentials and can access your account to view your pay status

If there are any changes to be made in the payroll like, Address change/ Marital Status/ Federal/ State tax/. Please do reach out to the HR Team.

Client Service Center:

The company offers a voluntary pretax salary reduction plan in which regular full-time employees may elect to participate beginning with the first payroll period administratively feasible after employment. An employee may change the dollar amounts or the percentages of his/her contributions at the employees discretion.

Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance

The company currently offers regular full-time employees regularly scheduled to work a minimum of 30 hours per week enrollment in medical, dental and vision insurance coverage options after they have been employed for 30 days.

Employees have up to 30 days from their date of hire to make medical, dental and vision plan elections. Once made, elections are fixed for the remainder of the plan year. Changes in family status, as defined in the Plan document, allow employees to make midyear changes in coverage consistent with the family status change.

At the end of each calendar year during open enrollment, employees may change medical, dental and vision elections for the following calendar year.
