Millersburg, PA has a population of less than 2600 people and its main demographic is Caucasian (98%). Harrisburg, PA is the largest nearby metro which is located 25 miles South of Millersburg. Finding enough talent from the local market presents many challenges for the client, but they had been unable to find workers from non-white backgrounds and needed help solving the issue.
