Since joining TekWissen in 2012 as a Human Resource Manager, I have taken on responsibilities for Immigration across the US, Canada, and Australia, which has been a rewarding learning experience. As TekWissen’s first female employee, I’m proud that women now make up 60% of our workforce and that we’ve been recognized as a top workplace for women. My goal is to strengthen our Immigration and HR departments for future growth.

Starting as a Technical Recruiter and advancing to Deputy Manager, I’ve embraced each challenge with dedication and have been honored with awards like Best Recruiter and Best Manager.
