Julie also leads comprehensive training programs for new delivery specialists and provides ongoing support for other teams and departments.
Prior to joining TekWissen, she held pivotal roles including Director of Operations at Right at Home-Dayton, Sales & Retention Manager at Time Warner Cable, and Client Services Manager at GE Consumer Finance. As an ASA Certified Health Care Staffing Professional, Julie specializes in program development and administration within healthcare settings, focusing on healthcare staffing, compliance, and process improvement.
