I have been part of TekWissen since May 2019, starting as an intern, being promoted to Internal Auditing Coordinator, and becoming Finance Manager in April 2024. As an immigrant, single mother, and student, my journey with the company has been both challenging and enjoyable. I appreciate being part of a company of visionaries who value and respect your efforts, dedication, and commitment.
One of my proudest achievements in the company has been structuring and consolidating a stronger Accounting Department. Among my responsibilities are ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across all company entities, overseeing the timely closure of accounting cycles, addressing discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. Additionally, I manage some vendor payments in the US and Canada, maintaining timely disbursements.
I am very excited to contribute to TekWissen’s new partnership with Recruitment Entrepreneur, since September 2023, where I organize, coordinate, and monitor the accounting functions for the US Joint Venture and collaborate closely with entrepreneurs to support their finance needs.
