As the CTO/Founder of a technology consulting company, my role encompasses both strategic and tactical responsibilities, focusing on Workday, Snowflake, SAP, Oracle, infrastructure, application development, mobile development, and emerging technologies like AI/ML and blockchain. Strategically, we define and execute the company’s technological vision, lead R&D efforts, align technology initiatives with business goals, and forge partnerships with industry leaders. My responsibilities include developing and maintaining a comprehensive technology stack, establishing best practices, and overseeing internal tools development. I also focus on emerging technologies, exploring AI/ML integration, blockchain applications, cloud infrastructure strategies, and mobile development capabilities.
